When I had a terrible car accident Dr. Cintineo was the first doctor to care for me. it was labor day weekend but he made sure to give me tips until i saw him after the long weekend. I walked into a beautiful office with great front staff Lori and Dulce. Dr. Jay is amazing as well and the from the billers working hard to Dan, Cathy, Ray have been amazing. i highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a family oriented environment where you do not sit hours waiting for your appointment and I keep coming in and leaving with a smile 🙂

Academy Spine and Physical Therapy is an excellent resource for keeping my family healthy. Three of us have used them for PT… me for post shoulder reconstruction therapy, my wife for post knee surgery therapy and my son for therapy following a sports injury to his shoulder. From the moment you enter their door, the experience is friendly and professional. Their office staff is top notch with scheduling appointments and handling the insurance billing. Their therapists are excellent in providing care and listening to the patient. They genuinely invest in their patients, getting to know them, their interests and abilities, and their progress throughout the PT journey. Chiropractic Doctors, Dr. Cintineo and Dr. “J” are excellent doctors, who are invested in their patients gaining knowledge of how the body works and what kinds of things the patient can do to facilitate their recovery. Consultation following x-ray’s is thorough and detailed, yet easy for the average person to understand. I highly recommend Academy Spine and Physical Therapy to get you back to optimum performance.

First thing you notice is how clean the facility is kept. The staff and assistants are not only professional but a pleasure to work with! Dr J and Dr John make it feel like a family atmosphere and are patient and willing to listen.

I’ve been going to Academy Spine and Physical Therapy for a little over a month and I can’t say enough great things about this office. The moment I entered the office and spoke to one of the intakes at the desk, I knew I would have a great experience. The office personnel, the physical therapy team and the doctors are warm and friendly on a consistent basis when speaking to all patients. In addition to this, the appointment and services are always prompt and time managed so I’m able to continue my day without delay. They’ve been very accommodating and informative as they take patients to a healthy destination. Personally, I feel Dr. Cintineo has taken his time to explain all the details of my care and his demeanor drives this office successfully.

Wonderful staff very people oriented and physical therapist are very knowledgeable of job and body part to be rehabed. Fireman is very inviting and welcoming chiropractors very friendly Academy spine overall is a wonderful experience this is my third time in therapy with them I referred my husband to them and I make sure I check in so that all of my friends will know and trust me I’ve had other experiences at physical Therapies none measure up.

For the past 6 wks. I have had the experience with Academy Spine of learning how to adjust to pain levels in my body, strengthen specific muscle groups, and challenge the fears behind the immobility from a neck injury. I have been to other PT centers, but have never come across a group who, from the front desk mgr. to the physical therapists and assistants, were so genuine and caring. The energy in this practice was always positive and encouraging. Their listening skills showed an honest interest in the human spirit, and their down-to-earth attitudes helped weave a feeling of security in what was a new situation for me. Excellent patient care by a very knowledgeable staff at Academy Spine! They all are very tentative whether or not they are working with you directly! All the staff handles my PT sessions with prime care and are very friendly, from my personal experience I highly recommend this establishment!

I love this Center for physical rehabilitation and general chiropractic heath and Wellness! The staff is professional, courteous and friendly. From the reception desk to the physical therapists and doctors in the treatment rooms. They listen to my concerns, are gentle and genuinely concerned about me as a patient. I love Doctor Cintineo because he always makes sure that I leave feeling much better than when I walked in. This facility is bright and clean which is so important to me as I am such a germaphobe. I noticed that they always wipe and clean things down after their patients. The insurance and billing staff are knowledgeable and helpful too. This is the first time that I feel comfortable in the knowledge that I’m not just a number or a dollar sign in a medical facility.

This place was recommended to me by a friend and I was surely not disappointed. I went for Chiropractic Care saw Dr J. what a wonderful doctor, he’s always happy, smiling and attentive to what you’re explaining is your pain level and whatever issues you’re having. Even offers tips of what to do at home. The front desk is never rude and if there is ever a delay with your appointment they communicate that to you professionally.

I thoroughly enjoy this entire office. From the warm welcomes I get from those working in the back office and at the reception desk, to the excellent care from the PT staff as well as the chiropractors, it’s all very positive. I needed help after a severe lower back injury and they had a great plan to get me back to being healthy, and now I’m on a very reasonable maintenance schedule. It was clear from the start that everybody in the office genuinely cared about my well being and made sure that I was comfortable with the path to recovery.

From the moment I walk in the door I am greeted and recognized as a valued client. Not just a number, but treated warmly and compassionately.
